CLSA released the 18th CLSA Fengshui Index 2012 today, January 18 2012!

Extracts from CLSA media release:

"Helping you predict the unpredictable in the Year of the Black Water Dragon"

"The CLSA Fengshui Index forecasts a slow start to the year, with the Dragon sinking like a sun-cracked crocodile back into its lagoon. March isn’t much better, with the West highlighted as the best direction for money. With Fire flaring only fleetingly and little Metal evident for much of the first six months, the CLSA FSI expects a sluggish performance during the 1H, as the market slides further over May, June and July.

The tipping point should come in August, according to the CLSA FSI, as the Dragon turns sharply and heads north at a rapid pace. If our celestial readings are right, September should be one of the best months of the year, with plenty of activity in the markets. This sustained upward trend should continue into October and November. Come December, the Dragon appears to run out of steam, but the CLSA FSI sees no major correction, as the market shuffles sideways through to the end of January.

Where DOW S&P500 STI HSI Heading?

Wow! Mr Dorky posted 2 nasty comments at my blog today. Dorky either dun understand technical analysis or Stock Market Forecasting or how to use/apply them!

As I have already highlighted, my "STI Open Book" is not meant to be used for short term forecasting. Always look for confirmation of turning points.

Per my "STI Open Book", I expected STI to break the Oct 4 2011 low on Jan 12 2012 and hit a low on Jan 17 2012. However, inversion occurred since Dec 23 2011. And STI hit a high on Jan 17 2012. So guess what I expect will happen to STI next?

"Heaven will give 1.5 weeks notice". So add 11 days to Jan 6 2012 = Jan 17 2012. Add 8 working days (=1.5 weeks) to Jan 6 2012 = Jan 18 2012.

Ed Carlson, expert in George Lindsay Timing Models, posted his comments at my blog regarding my turn date of Jan 6 2012. He said he expected this bear market rally to end on Jan 23 2012.

Oops, my "STI Open Book" also indicates a high for Jan 23 2012 but because of inversion, I expect it to become a low. We shall see.

Look at the 4 Charts - DOW, S&P500, Straits Times Index and Hang Seng Index? Guess where the markets are heading next?

I'll be taking long a break until the markets confirm a bottom is in.

George Lindsay's Timing Model for TOP

George Lindsay had a Timing Model for a Top after the completion of the Head & Shoulder Formation of the last Bear Market.

The last Bear Market bottomed on Mar 9 2009.

If my understanding of George Lindsay's Timing Model is correct, DOW should make a Final Top on January 5/6 2012.

January 6 2012 coincides with a turn date in my Stock Market Time Clocks

Look for confirmation.

Hmmm.... as I suspected, when the 'nasty planet' reached it's position, it created a Market Top.

So when will markets start to drop?

Shanghai Composite Index seems to be most sensitive to these planets.

My "STI Open Book" do not have data for Dec 27/28 2011. But it indicates a drop from Dec 29 2011.

As I mentioned before, my "STI Open Book" is accurate for forecasting major tops and bottoms (longer term), not to be used for short term forecasting. However, if done correctly, it can be accurate for short term forecasting also, but requires alot of manual analysis.

Yes, alot of work that I'm almost burnt out the past 3 days doing the detailed day-to-day analysis, and still doing in a slower pace.

Panic Crash Cycle Planetary Effects Activated?

Wow! This morning when I saw Aussie Index dropping more than 2 percent, immediate reaction was have the Planets reach their respective positions?

Looks like the Planetary Formation in the sky is almost complete for the Panic Crash this week!

But I know one "nasty planet" should reach its position by Dec 20-22 2011. Then I just read Earth already reached its position.

Be careful. This Panic Crash Cycle might extend into January 2012!

And might come back again in 2012, if my research and understanding of this Panic Crash Cycle cause by this Planetary Formation is correct.

I wanted to post this last night but was down with a bad throat infection. Luckily I'm feeling better now with some self-medication.

Wow! My Forecast of December 2011 Stock Market Crash starting from Dec 7 2011 becoming a reality? Yes, tho one day early! Oops! Still early to confirm?

On December 10 2011, there will be a "rare" Lunar Eclipse. According to Tim Bost, market astrologer, this Lunar Eclipse is considered rare because it occurs on the same day Uranus turn direct.

The last time this happened was in November 2003. Guess what happened to DOW then?

Markets started to decline before the Lunar Eclipse and continued to drop for a few weeks.

Will history repeat?

Stock Market Secret Cycle Time December Crash?

Wow! I just found the "Stock Market Secret Time Cycle" that timed many important market tops and bottoms, including Stock Market Crash!

This "Secret Time Cycle" gave the timing for DOW top on May 2 2011, Oct 2007 (+/- 2 days), bottom on Oct 2002 (+/- 2 days), Mar 9 2009 (+/- 2 days). It also gave dates of Stock Market Crash - August 2 2011 to Oct 4 2011, Flash Crash on May 6 2010. And many more.

Hmmm... there is a high probability this "Secret Time Cycle" will give me the date of this Bear Market Bottom, plus dates of future Bull and Bear Markets. I'm still working on the research.

So what's the next turning point?

This "Secret Time Cycle" give me December 6/7 2011.

Last night, I decided to input the November 11 1918 date into my Stock Market Time Clocks.

Bingo! It gave one of the most important date in DOW's history: July 8 1932!

Let's do a 4-D bet! Haha! (Do you know what 4-D stand for: Debt, Deficit, Default, Downgrade!, haha).

The Maths for November 11 1918 to November 11 2011 I shared yesterday is indicating a possible end of cycle. So it should be a TOP in DOW!

Last night, I was staring at the DOW 60 minute chart. I saw this pattern and decided to draw a trend line. This morning I checked. True enough, it hit the trend line and continued to trend below it till closing, in every time frame.

What was that pattern? Its a possible completion of Triangle Pattern!

Last night, I was searching the internet for some information and found this: November 11 1918, end of World War I.

Wow! That is exactly 93 years ago from today, November 11 2011!

Today, I suddenly have this "Food for Thought", just thinking out loud:

1. 80+13 = 93, wow! 13 year cycle?

2. 18.6x5 = 93, wow! 18.6 year cycle?

3. 19x4 + 17 = 93, wow! 17 year cycle?

4. 5x666 = 93, wow! 666 day cycle?

The more research I do, the more confuse I get? No No No!

It is because I failed to piece together the jigzaw puzzles. I'm overwhelmed by each piece of research, overjoyed when I discover the secret of each piece, then failed to merged the pieces together for the final results.

But the best piece is still my "Straits Times Open Book". But it is a "Long Term forecasting model ", although it had been quite accurate short term.

So what does it tell?

There is a potential Head & Shoulder Forming in the 10-min Charts of DOW and Straits Times Index. If the decline from OCt 28/31 Top is wave 1 down and yesterday's strong rally wave 2 up, should markets drop today, that could be start of wave 3 down. Should the right shoulder of the H&S pattern complete and the neckline is broken, haha, guess what will happen?

I updated my Stock Market Time Clocks late last night, with important dates from my research of the past 30 plus years of data from Watching the Sky for Trends. Wow! Most important discovery of all time. I'm still working on it.

Guess what will happen November 4? Another "Black Day" in Stock Market History?

I just did a quick review late last night, dun have time to post details for you. Dun have time to do a double confirmation.

DOW might have topped out last night, there is a potential H&S in the 1min chart.

Based on a "secret pattern" I discovered last night, STI and HSI might top out today, DOW last night. Yes, this big rally might be over soon.

What's next?

This is what I read (not sure how reliable) but worth noting, sure does coincide with my Elliott Wave Count?? :

"Watch for a bailout followed by massive market manipulation next week... followed by a total collapse." Stock markets are being pumped up by the banksters to hide the truth and to support the world's financial system a bit longer...but it will fail. After this comes the "total collapse".

A potential big crash coming? "Wave 5 equal Wave 1"?

Isn't it amazing that I can use Straits Times Index to forecast the direction of Global Stock Markets, including "Lao Ta" (chinese for big brother DOW). I was shocked on the accuracy of the formula I used to forecast, the first time I used it upon discovery days before the forecast was issued.

Around 11.45am, SIMSCI "crashed" from around 330 to 326! As of this writing, it is still hovering around 326.85.

Market maker "cheated"! Before the "Flash Crash" you can buy the put warrant at around 0.430, at the "bottom" of the crash, you can only sell your put warrant at around 0.450.

1. Chicago Fed National Activity Index - a small step to crossing the 35 mark, which has always been a pre-cursor to recession.

2. Graph of Real GDP Growth - shows downward growth heading to below 2% line, which has been indicator of a recession in the past. Almost every drop below this line has led to a recession since 1947.

Straits Times Index & DOW Forecast 2H2011

A regular blog visitor asked me for the Straits Times Index Wave Count.

Oops! I'm not an expert on Elliott Wave! But recently I read an expert talking about DOW's Elliott Wave Count - that DOW is in a Wave 4 Triangle, a bullish view but depends on whether critical support can hold.

As I said in an earlier article, Elliott Wave Count is but one of the jigzaw puzzle in forecasting....hmmm....anyway.....

I've been starring at this STI Chart Pattern for many months, wondering how it would form.

The picture is taken from STA's update July 8 2011 with a downside target of 10,000 (pt 28) if 11,555 is broken.

I superimposed the Basic 3PDH Pattern, added those items in bold red. Can you see the neckline for the "mini Head & Shoulder Pattern"? Are we now at Point 25 or 27? Can you see a potentially bigger Head & Shoulder Pattern? Oops! One Head at a time lah!

How long will this take to form?

My "sifu" said “market analysts using timing tools such as Fibonacci retracements, Elliott Wave and dynamic cycles are amazed when their projections work out only occassionally. This indicates they only have a piece of the puzzle.”

People said W.D. Gann uses planetary time cycles to forecast the market directions.

Hmm.... now you know why I keep finding missing pieces of the jigzaw puzzle to improve my Stock Market Time Clocks' forecasts!

I tried researching and using planetary time cycles but it is not easy. What I'll do is to confirm and double confirm the turn dates provided by my Stock Market Time Clocks.

Yes! I've done it, forecasting the Tops in Straits Times Index on November 9 2010 and DOW on May 2 2011. Next is to double confirm the turn dates for the next Bear Market bottom!

Wow! Finally, I understand the great importance of having years of past historical data for the Indices and Stocks to make more accurate forecasts!

Recently I managed to reinstall and reactivate my Metastock Software after it became a “white elephant” when my old computer crashed a few years ago and I decided not to pay for data subscription.

Haha, now I know how to obtain free data for Metastock - upload Yahoo Finance for major stock indices, like DOW, S&P500, Shanghai Composite, Hang Seng Index, Kospi, etc. Wow! With so much historical data dating back to 1929 for DOW, now I can do better analysis and forecasts!

Guess what I discovered? An amazing tool in Metastock which helps me forecast how high or low an index might hit in a bull or bear market! Wow! I can tell it's another of those W.D. Gann's Secret Forecasting Methods! It's “Tunnel Thru the Air”!

With Metastock, I produced the DOW Chart which shows the Bear Market Signal! Now I can easily do the same for other indices!

Now I am starting to analyse historical stock charts for major stocks in my radar! Yes! It is possible to forecast when stocks will top and bottom!

DOW Bear Market Signal – “Killer Waves” Ahead!

Wow! My Stock Market Time Clocks and both “STI and DOW Open Books” were spot on! It forecasted the tops in Straits Times Index (STI) on November 9 2010 and DOW on May 2 2011 and the nasty declines that followed. (read my Crystal Ball Section).

Now the “Killer Wave” indicator in the DOW Chart is signalling a possible nasty bear market ahead!

Yes! The double top pattern in the Coppock Curve, nicknamed the “Killer Wave” is forming in the DOW Chart.

“This double-top pattern has occurred only 7 times in 80 years – with 5 of them accompanying the start of the most notorious bear markets of the Twentieth Century: 1929, 1969, 1973, 2000 and 2007. The average decline (excluding the -86% loss in 1929) was almost -40%! “

DOW typically enters a bear market during the formation of the second peak. Now the second peak (double top) is developing, raising the odds of a nasty bear market ahead!

If the U.S. stock market enters a bear market, then global markets will likely experience another sizable correction.

Yahoo!!! I have finally found another missing jigzaw puzzle to my Stock Market Time Clocks!

I attended a seminar on Saturday and this local TA expert shared his discoveries on Straits Times Index Time Cycle plus many other techniques he used to make massive income from the stock markets. He is also another "expert" on WD Gann forecasting and trading methods. He said if WD Gann spent 10 years full-time on research to perfect his trading methods, should we not spend 1 day or 1 week full-time to research/learn?

Wow! Now then I realised the "Real Expert" in Singapore is not "The Joseph Cycle"!

Dow May/June 2011 Forecast?

Wow! I'm back to running a marathon against time again! Hahaha! Busy busy with my research again!

Few days ago, I found more "George Lindsay" materials and as I've always suspected, it's "Wow"! Amazing!

Since I discovered the "Ultimate WD Gann's Secrets" to Stock Market Forecasting, I discovered the "Straits Times Open Book" as well as the "DOW Open Book". However, as from November 9 2010, DOW "refused" to follow the "Open Book", I stopped monitoring. But since May 2 2011, looks like DOW is back into my "DOW Open Book" and both STI and DOW looks like back in sync!

If my Elliott Wave counts are correct, looks like STI is starting Wave 3 of 3, while DOW might likely be Wave 3 of 1 down? Would DOW continue to follow my "Open Book"?

Let's watch.

Remember the 3 Peaks and Domed House Pattern discovered by the late George Lindsay?

Remember what is the Mirror Image of the 3 Peaks and Domed House Pattern which I posted in an early article?

Yes! The 3 Peaks and Domed House Pattern is forming again in the US Indices, Straits Times Index, Hang Seng Index and other Indices.

Stock Trader's Almanac has been tracking this pattern since March 9 2009 major bottom and has just issued the attached DOW 3 Peaks and Domed House Pattern possibly topping anytime now in 2011.

My Stock Market Time Clocks show a possible top for Nasdaq on April 28 2011, maybe by next week or another, DOW and S&P500 should top out? Maybe not as there is a major Planetary Alignment on May 1 2011, plus minus a few days.

Then we have June 13 2011, the next 8.6 year cycle turn date, discovered by Martin Armstrong. What could happen on this date?

Straits Times Index - Expect Sharp Decline Ahead!

Wow! My Straits Times Index "Open Book" had been spot on for the past one month! Normally, it cannot be used reliably for "intermediate" forecast, and not meant for such purpose anyway.

But it accurately "forecasted" the bottom on March 18 2011 and the rally todate.

Has the current rally ended or completed?

Wow! Fasten your seat belts! Expect a Sharp Decline Ahead!

A local technical expert recently forecast "A Global Market Selloff Ahead" using his own "proprietory" technical indicators and methods. He analysed Gold, Oil, Currencies, Hang Seng Index, etc charts and arrived at the conclusion! Expect Hang Seng Index to drop 1100 to 1600 points he said.

Today, March 23 2011, Daryl Guppy posted an article titled "Why Hang Seng Could Face Big Losses" at CNBC website.

Below is summary of keypoints to note:

Decline in regional markets started before the Japanese earthquake. These external events, including the attack on Libya, will accelerate existing trends. Fear drives markets, but when it jumps on an existing down trend, the result is more.
Hang Seng's decline started in November 2010. The move below the long term uptrend trend line confirms this long-term up-trend has ended, but it does not signal the start of a new downtrend. This end of uptrend behavior can develop into consolidation, or a sideways movement prior to a continuation of the uptrend.
The failed rally in January 2011 confirmed the second anchor point for the downtrend line. The position of the downtrend line was confirmed with the third failed rally in early March. A strong chart pattern was created = a long-term down sloping triangle, bearish, adds to potential for a new downtrend to develop.
Support is near 22,600. A confirmed weekly close below 22,600 has an initial downside target near 20,000. But 20,000 is not a historical support level, it is near 19,200. Higher probability of falling to 19,200. The triangle pattern is invalidated by a weekly close above 24,000.
Traders and investors who are on the sidelines waiting for a rebound from the over-sold panic initiated by the events in Japan need to apply more careful analysis to determine if the rally is genuine, or just a rally in the context of an existing downtrend.

Wow! Straits Times Index, STI, also topped out in November 2010. (Still remember how I forecasted the November 9, 2010 TOP?).

Wow! I found the “formula” for forecasting the February 18, 2011 DOW TOP!

So, I am very confident my forecast for the Stock Market Bottom 2011 ahead will be correct! Huat ah!

Where KOSPI, STI, HSI, Sensex, Taiex Heading?

Daryl Guppy wrote an article dated February 16 2011 titled “KOSPI shows Trend Failure”.

Below a summary of key points to note:

Regional markets follow the KOSPI lead;
KOSPI moved above 2007 high but unable to hold onto gains. This suggest other markets – Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong – may also have difficulty moving above 2007 high;
This is a potential end of trend signal;
KOSPI, Taiex, HSI, STI all show break of significant uptrend lines – this calls for greater level of caution;
KOSPI minor support at 1900. Failure points to downside target near 1720;
Expect KOSPI to lead the way and show how markets will recover from this sharp selloff.

Summary of Key points to note:

Be prepared for a strong market, Year 3 of Presidential Cycle typically does well.
But beware. S&P500 worth 910.
If S&P500 rises to 1500 by October 2011, if market and economy could survive small possibilities of double-dips, you shld probably be thinking much more conservatively. It would officially be the latest true bubble!
All famous bubbles broke only after short rates had started to rise. Only a couple broke in midst of declining rates.

“The year of the rabbit in the Chinese lunar calendar begins next month, and for investors in Hong Kong, that means the stock market will go up in short bunny hops.”

"The rabbit is a very cautious animal. Every time it hops a bit, it turns around and checks out the environment - is it safe? - before moving on."

“That's how Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index will also perform in the year of the rabbit, which begins on Feb. 3.”

December 22 2010 is 冬至, “Dong Zhi” , Winter Solstice Festival, one of the Chinese traditional festivals that originated from Han Dynasty and became popular during the Tang Dynasty. People would offer prayers to the heaven and their ancestors on Dong Zhi. The Emperor would hold a grand ceremony to offer prayers to the heaven while commoners would offer prayers to their late ancestors. Hence, Dong Zhi is also known as the “Ancestor Worship Festival”.

Traditionally, people would eat Tang Yuan or glutinous rice balls to mark Dong Zhi. “Yuan” has the connotation of “reunion” and “completeness”, and it symbolises family harmony and luck. In Singapore, it is also common for Chinese families to eat Tang Yuan to mark Dong Zhi.

My mum always say we will be “a year older” after Dong Zhi and Dong Zhi is “bigger” than the “Chinese New Year”. “Bigger” meaning it is a more important festival.

Hmmm.... now I know why it is “bigger” and we will be “a year older” on Dong Zhi, because the December Solstice is the astronomical New Year!

This December Solstice is a rare event because a Total Lunar Eclipse will occur on December 21 2010. The last December Solstice Total Lunar Eclipse occurred 372 years ago on December 21 1638!

The Total Lunar Eclipse will be visible throughout North America and western South America. The zenith (when the eclipse is overhead) lies just off the coast of southern California and Baja Mexico.

He noticed a strong correlation of a rising U.S. Dollar Index to that of a falling S&P500 stock market, see chart. Each rising leg in the USD Index corresponded to a weak period for the S&P 500.

And true enough, something happened on December 8 2010, today. North Korea fires artillery in its waters and briefly rattles South Korea's Kospi at 9.00am (news from CNBC).

George Lindsay's Timing Models (H&S Top)

There are a few "Experts" (one very good one passed away in 2004) who tried to learn the late George Lindsay's Timing Models and used it for forecasting. Many either "misused" or "misinterpreted" George Lindsay's Timing Models.

George Lindsay discovered the Head & Shoulder Pattern and it's Timing Model. He also discovered "A Long Term Pattern" in the US Stock Market which repeats and created the Timing Model for it.

The One Expert who applied George Lindsay's Timing Models almost perfectly passed away already. Luckily I managed to read some of his works.

Based on his works and my Stock Market Time Clocks and my various research, I managed to understand how to interpret George Lindsay's Timing Models. It is in line with one of W.D. Gann's Secrets! Oops! Unfortunately, only this morning. But it should be useful for the future!

Based on George Lindsay's Timing Models, the Straits Times Index should have reached its Top on November 9 2010! Next is down!

This potential Big Head and Shoulder Top appeared in every smaller time frame of the Straits Times Index.

The drop from the Top on November 9 2010 to-date started with a Double Top Head in the 10 min STI Chart.

The Double Top Head was completed on November 23 2010! Wow! A warning from Heaven!

Now the Right Shoulder is forming in the 10 min chart. A drop and a break of the neckline confirms the Head and Shoulder Top is complete, then you see what is the estimated downside risk lor!

Next look at the potential BIG Head and Shoulder Top in the 60min STI Chart.

13 Year Stock Market Cycle

Besides the 17 Year Stock Market Cycle, there is also a very consistent 13 Year Stock Market Cycle in the US Stock Markets.

According to my sifu ("W.D. Gann Master"), the previous 13 Year Stock Market Cycle also ended in 2000, same as the previous 17 Year Stock Market Cycle. The 13 Year Market Cycle is usually associated with Panics in the Markets, a Stock Market Crash.

According to another "W.D. Gann" Expert, there are also other 17 Year Stock Market Cycles in the US Stock Markets besides the main one my sifu mentioned. I agree.

I also think there are other 13 Year Stock Market Cycles besides the main one my sifu mentioned. And this one might be due now. Why? Because I see similar Patterns in the Sky. Because the previous 17 Year and 13 Year Cycles are supposed to end in that "Year" but delayed till 2000.

Will I be right?

I just received an email about Fengshui Forecast for December 2010 and January 2011. The Headlines read:

"There will be negative energies emerging and may influence critically on the financial markets worldwide."

Wow!

I have not finished with the last phase of my research, but initial results are same as Fengshui Master's forecast!

Having gained 100% confidence in my discoveries of W.D. Gann's Secrets after what happened to Global Stock Markets yesterday, I was deep into my research last night.

Wow! This last phase of my research proves to be more difficult and tougher than I thought! All because I dun have a good charting tool to show me future dates!

I want to complete this last phase so future turn dates and direction of markets is at least 99% correct. I'm confident of achieving it. I already know where the Straits Times Index will be heading for the next 2 years and beyond = 99% ? correct. Now, because of the obstacles I encountered, I'll complete my research for DOW (our Lao Ta = Big Brother) only to confirm it is the same as Straits Times Index, then I can remove "?" from 99%. Wow! I must complete before November 27 2010, before the free charting tool expires!

Why am I so confident and dare to place 99%? Because it is W.D. Gann's Secret to Forecasting the Stock Market. "The future will become an Open Book."

My key focus is on the major turning points for the purpose of investing = when is it safe to buy and hold, and when to exit the markets before the Bear Comes!

Remember we are still in this Long Term Bear Market, with "mini" Bull Runs and Bear Runs.

Nobody knows what and when the next crisis will be but the Stock Markets will not be safe for the next few months, at least a 20% downside (from the Top) per my "Open Book".

So I am moving most of my funds out of the 2 Indian Banks into a local Bank to play safe plus to earn higher savings accounts interest for the next 2 months. I just noticed UOB pays at least 0.70% p.a. interest on savings accounts from now till end January 2011. Plus I get a "Gold Bar" as Christmas Gift! Oops! Only a 999 fine gold-plated bar lah!

Wow! Even Daryl Guppy said his technical indicators failed to warn of the the collapse in the Shanghai Composite! He wrote a long analysis of the Shanghai Composite on Nov 22 2010. Summary of key points below:

The reaction across the Shanghai Index was brutal. The move away from the 3,180 resistance level was swift and powerful. The continued market retreat has confirmed an important change in market conditions following the global financial crisis. Trend stability is no longer reliable. In modern markets, trends develop more rapidly and continue for less time, trends end more rapidly.
This suddenness of trend change is duplicated across regional and international markets. The 4% fall in the Australian index or 5% drop in the Hang Seng is not the same degree as the 10% fall in the Shanghai Index, but the behaviour pattern of sudden trend breaks is similar. Investors and traders must be prepared to act with equal speed to protect profits and deal with what is, rather than waiting for explanations for the market activity.

3. The collapse in the Shanghai Index developed very rapidly. There were no warning signals created by technical analysis indicators.

4. The move below support at 2,940 was followed by a fall below the lower edge of the long-term Guppy multiple moving average (GMMA). This indicates a significant change in the trend and support for the uptrend. The long-term group of moving averages in the GMMA shows the thinking of investors. The long-term group has begun to turn down. This shows that investors have joined the selling. The short-term GMMA has also penetrated the long-term GMMA and this confirms the trend change.

5. The fall below 2,940 support and the lower edge of the long-term GMMA confirm that this uptrend has ended. This is not a temporary retreat in an uptrend. This is a change in the direction of the trend. There is a weak support area near 2,800.

6. Next support near 2,700. In a gently falling market, this level will provide good support for the development of a trend rebound. This is a rapidly falling market, so there is a high probability that the 2,700 support level will also fail.

7. Next strong support is the very long-term consolidation band between 2,580 and 2,700. The Shanghai Index moved inside this consolidation band from July to October. This consolidation activity created a strong support area, so there is a higher probability the market momentum will decline as the market moves into this region.

8. There is a high probability the Shanghai Index will fall below 2,800 and test the 2,700 support level. A rebound from 2,700 will develop if the rate of the market fall is reduced in the next few days.

I'm so excited. If my discoveries of W.D. Gann's Secrets and the Key Cycle and Causes that's controlling the Global Stock Markets now continues to work, Wow!, I can see when this "Stock Market Crash is likely to end" and when the "Bears" will go into Hibernation!

W.D. Gann said "Time is the most Important". Get it right and the price will take care of itself. When Time is up, the trend will change and the price will drop. Yes, the time is up on November 23 2010 for this cycle per my Stock Market Time Clocks.

W.D. Gann said there is a natural cause of cycles, a cause and effect but he thinks it will be difficult to explain the cause which many will not believe. Based on my estimates, Earth should be in position in the Pattern in the Sky today which could have triggered the decline. My sifu ("W.D. Indian Banks - Micro Credit Crisis Jitters

Wow! I just read today's papers (Today and Straits Times), shocked when I saw the Headlines - Indian banks on pins as micro credit sector teeters!

Both ICICI and SBI are the "best paying banks" in Singapore:

1. ICICI offers 1.5% Interest on Fixed Deposit and 0.5% Interest on Savings Accounts.

2. SBI also pays much higher Savings Accounts interest, now 0.55% valid until end December 2010.

TSK, calm down. All deposits are 100% guaranteed by Singapore Government until end December 2010. Ok ok, I shall monitor the situation and wait until near end December 2010 before making a decision.

I wonder what is going to happen from now till December 2010 and next year that would cause a potential "Stock Market Crash"? Will it happen?

Hurray! I have found the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle! The final piece of "crystal" to make my Stock Market Times Clocks 99% accurate!

Haha, now I am closer to being the future "W.D. Gann"! Dare to dream, dare to be different!

I've done some back testing and it works "perfectly" on Straits Times Index. Need a few more days and the charting tool again, then it should be complete. Luckily I managed to get the charting tool again for 7 days free.

Next, I'm going to do back testing on Dow and other major Global Market Indices to confirm.

The Past is the Future. Timing the Stock Market is definitely possible with 99% accuracy! Who says there is no Holly Grail! Those who say timing the stock market is not possible, there is no Holly Grail, are those who do not understand the Stock Market and do not know how to do it! They have not read W.D. Gann's works or do not understand his works, his veiled language. Oops! Or they knew the "secret" but they are not telling you! Haha, you know why lah?

Now, where is the market heading?

Be careful, markets will be very volatile, up and down, Bull/Bear Traps everywhere! That's all I can say now until I fully complete my research. Now, future dun look good.
