Major cycles converging in September/October 2017:

1.  10 year cycle: Dow major top in October 2007 to September/October 2017

2.  15 year cycle: Dow major bottom in October 2002 to September/October 2017

3.  17 year cycle: Dow major top in 2000 to September/October 2017

4.  8.5 year cycle:  Dow mahor bottom in Mar 2009 to September/October 2017

At least one of the cycles can fit into Lindsay's long term patterns and the 3 Peaks and Dome House.

NTUC Fairprice Shares pays 5% dividend!

Yesterday I received the NTUC Fairprice Co-operative's dividend and rebate statement for financial year ended March 31, 2008. I was surprised to receive so much money for this investment! I was holding more shares than I thought. I received 5% dividend and 4% in rebate, which had already been credited to my bank account on September 5, 2008.
